Although this pattern appears to have no new stitches, I know I will enjoy crocheting the doily for this crochet-along. Hardy's talent with designing continues to amaze me. I have enjoyed all of his patterns offered up to this point. Being able to crochet Christmas ornaments will be fun since I like to give ornaments as gifts. Thanks Hardy!

I really love the doily on this one! I am very excited to start on this crochet-along. I now have all of lesson 1 printed and will start on it as soon as I am off the computer!

Hi Mary Lynn,
There are two ways to go to the Crochet-Along.
First -On the menu bar on the left there is a member sign in, that will bring you direct to the class.
Or Second, click on the Holiday Spirit Doily on the home page.

Hi Hardy,
thanks for help getting to pattern. I made the bell and it's cute!. just have to find some gold thread to finish it with.

Candles are my favorite theme for holidays, all of them. And this design is so attractive. Will get started on it immediately. [nevermind the ornament and bookmark - the candle is IT!]

I'm truly enjoying this crochet along. I've done a lot of filet but this is really helping me with understanding more of the different stitches. While doing this I'm also working on the filet tree skirt from Hardy's book. It's a Filet Christmas 
I just wish the lessons were sooner than every other day
