Puff Stitch Slip Stitch - Delta

Hi Hardy,
Was wondering, with the Puff Stitch the instructions say to ch 1 to close your stitch. Am I correct in assuming that the ch-1is not included in the ch 4 you do in between the puff stitches, so that we are really doing a ch 5 (one to pull tight and 4 as the pattern calls for)?

Hi Karen,
The ch 1 is part of the puff (does not count as one of the chains). After you finish the puff with the chain, you still have to crochet the ch 4 between the puffs to make the triangle.
