I get the same message that says it's missing software and that software is not available on their site to be downloaded... in other words, I have windows 98 and may consider myself obsolete. Upgrading to a higher windows is not feasible for me because my computer is too old for the investment, and also doesn't have that much available space. So I am not able to do the video classes, which I really wanted to.
