Hi Holly,

I'm not sure exactly what is causing this to happen for your setup. You want to try uninstalling / re-installing quicktime to get the latest version on your machine.

1. uninstall quicktime
(for PC's: Start | Control Panel | Add or Remove programs | Quicktime)

2. re-boot

3. re-install quicktime 7
