How do you slow down the stitch movies?

How do I slow the movie down?
On the QuickTime viewer, use the Control bar just below the screen to control the movie playback.
To play our Crochet Stitch movie slower, use your keyboard's Arrow Keys
( <- and -> ) to move 1 frame to the left or right. Then you can see exactly where to position your hands, hook and thread/yarn.
